1. Where do you ship from?

We work directly with trusted global suppliers, so our products are shipped from international warehouses. This allows us to offer you the best prices on the latest trending gadgets.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Occasionally, some items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!


3. How do I track my order?

You can track your order through our “Track Order” page in the top menu. Just enter your order number and email to see real-time updates.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, our fulfillment process begins, and we’re unable to make changes.


5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process. Items must be unused and in original packaging. (See full Refund Policy)


6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your product arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at support@zaplystore.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
